<p>Provided is an alarm output circuit that is able to handle a plurality of concurrent occurrences of alarm factors on the basis of an alarm signal outputted from one output terminal. An alarm output circuit for externally communicating the occurrence of alarm factors (UV, OC, OH, OV) in an intelligent power module. A digital/analog converter (5) receives digital data indicating the occurrence of the alarm factors (UV, OC, OH, OV) and outputs a corresponding voltage. A voltage control oscillator (VCO) outputs a signal having a frequency that corresponds to the output voltage (V) of the digital/analog converter (5).</p> |
