PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an appearance of a cabin when a holding body is not used, in a small article holding device in a vehicle, in which the holding body which is pivotally supported by a stationary side member in the cabin and can hold the small articles, is provided.SOLUTION: A holding body 31 which is pivotally supported to a stationary side member 4 in a cabin 3 by a pivotally supporting tool 30 and can hold small articles 18 in an upward turning C attitude is provided in a small article holding device. The stationary side member 4 has a vertical wall 21 extending in one direction A and in a vertical direction, and the left and right sidewalls 22, 22 extending from each end edge of the vertical wall 21 in the one direction A toward a crossing direction B. A recess 24 is formed by the vertical wall 21 and the sidewalls 22, 22, and the holding body 31 in a downward turning D attitude is housed in the recess 24.
