PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back sheet adhesive for solar cells which is notably improved in substrate adhesion under humid and hot conditions and causes less discoloration due to UV rays and less deterioration of the substrate adhesion during long-term service.SOLUTION: A two-liquid type laminate adhesive contains, as a main agent, a novel polyester polyurethane polyol having a resin structure which is formed by reacting together (i) an aliphatic polyester polyol obtained by reacting a branched alkylene polyol with an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or an alkyl ester of the dicarboxylic acid, (ii) an aliphatic multifunctional isocyanate compound and (iii) a 2-13C aliphatic diol.
