PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that generates a ground tint pattern for preventing a latent image in an original document before being copied from being appeared, and to provide an image forming device with the same.SOLUTION: A ground tint pattern generated by an image processing device has: a restraint character part P11 which disappears in copying; a background part P12 which is reproduced in the copying; and a blank part P13 which draws a camouflage pattern. The background part P12 is constituted of dots which are arranged at a constant interval. The blank part P13 at least partially has a linear part. A difference between an angle &thetas; that the linear parts makes and an arrangement angle &phgr; of the dots constituting the background part 12 is 15 degree or less. A width (a) of the linear part is within a range from as large as an arrangement interval (b) of the dots constituting the background part P12 to twice thereof. |
