PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro liquid device system 1 in which a lipid double membrane 9 can be stably formed.SOLUTION: A micro liquid device system 1 includes: a first pressurization part 21 that pressurizes first liquid W1; a second pressurization part 21 that pressurizes second liquid W2; a lipid double membrane forming device 10 that includes a first flow channel 11 into which the first liquid W1 is injected, a second flow channel 11 into which the second liquid W2 is injected, and a connection part 13 in which the lipid double membrane 9 is formed to connect the first flow channel 11 and the second flow channel 12; a first sensor 31 that is disposed on an upstream side of the connection 13 and detects a first pressure P1 of the liquid W1; a second sensor 32 that is disposed in the upstream side of the connection part 13 and detects a second pressure P2 of the liquid W2; and a control unit 40 that controls the first pressurization part 21 and the second pressurization part 22 so that the first pressure P1 and the second pressure P2 may become equal.
