With respect to a connection structure for an FPC for touch sensors, corrosion of an electrode terminal is prevented without lowering the connection reliability. A touch sensor (1) wherein the front end of a first passivation layer (19) and the front end of an FPC wiring line (35) are apart from each other, and consequently, a connection terminal (13a) is provided with an exposed portion (13c) that is adjacent to a front end portion (13b) and is not covered by the first passivation layer (19). An FPC film (33) has a front end (33a) that extends beyond the FPC wiring line (35) to a position where the front end (33a) overlaps the first passivation layer (19) when viewed in plan, thereby forming a space (41) between the front end (33a) and the exposed portion (13c). The touch sensor (1) is additionally provided with an antirust material (49) that is filled into the space (41) and covers the exposed portion (13c) of the connection terminal (13a). |
