Provided is a method for handling drug containers, the method being able to reduce the labor of workers who handle the drug containers. The method for handling drug containers is provided with: a step (S10) for setting containers in a container holder capable of holding multiple containers that can be filled with a drug; a step (S20) for filling the drug in question into the containers that are held in the container holder; a step (S30) for sealing the containers; and a step (S40) for wrapping the containers that are held in the container holder in a single package with the container holder.
