<p>The invention relates to a probe for monitoring choking and corrosion, which comprises an elongate probe body (100) comprising at least one first cooling space (110) for a first flowing fluid, and a probe head (200). In a characteristic fashion, said probe body (100) and said probe head (200) are crossed by a second cooling space (120) for a second fluid different from the first fluid, flowing consecutively from at least two inlets of a second fluid (120a1, 120a2) toward a mixing area (130) of an end space (222) of the probe head (200), and then into a single discharge channel of the second fluid (120c, 224), the second fluid and the first fluid flowing coaxially relative to one another, with the first cooling space (110) arranged outside the second cooling space (120), thus making it possible to monitor the temperature of the second fluid in the second cooling space (120) until a predefined section of the probe head (200) including the mixing area (130) and forming a sample area (ZE). The invention can be used with the exchanger pipes of boilers for producing energy using combustion or pyrolysis methods.</p> |
