<p>The present invention relates to a balloon diameter control unit (1) which enables the balloon diameter to be directly controlled by means of position sensors (3) in a twisting machine for direct cabling. The present objective is to provide a balloon diameter control unit in order to control the diameter of the balloon formed during twisting with a feedback and thus to minimize the energy consumption.</p>
