The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method of fabricating a novel nanocellulose fiber, which are environmentally friendly, secure economic efficiency for enlargement of industrial application, and have high yields and productivity. Particularly, the present invention relates to a method of fabricating a nanocellulose fiber, comprising the steps of: providing suspension including a cellulose fiber; performing a hybrid process for milling, homogenizing, and fragmenting the cellulose fiber in the suspension; dehydrating the suspension to obtain a nanocellulose fiber in the form of coagulated solid powder; and dispersing the nanocellulose fiber in the form of coagulated solid powder.
