<p>Disclosed is a multi-head pipe cutter having multiple pipe-cutting units for cutting pipe-shaped materials simultaneously, relating to the technical field of pipe-shaped material machining. The pipe cutter comprises a machine frame (100), a motive power device (110) and at least two sets of pipe-cutting units (120), wherein the motive power device (110) and the pipe-cutting units (120) are both mounted on the machine frame (100); each pipe-cutting unit (120) comprises a transmission device (121) and a cutting device (122); the cutting device (122) is mounted on the transmission device (121); and the motive power device (110) is connected to the transmission devices (121) in the various pipe-cutting units (120), respectively. Only one motive power device (110) is required to directly drive the transmission devices (121) in all of the pipe-cutting units (120), thereby driving the cutting devices (122) to cut off pipe-shaped materials to be machined. As a result, the cost is effectively reduced, and opportunity of failure is greatly decreased.</p> |
