<p>The present invention relates to a portable sleep data measuring device which is conveniently wearable around the head of a person to be tested and, more specifically, to: a portable sleep data measuring device capable of measuring a vibration state of a skull according to respiration during sleep by using a bone conduction microphone or an in-ear microphone, and diagnosing snoring and a sleep apnea syndrome by analyzing the measured data; and a sleep test system comprising the same. The portable sleep data measuring device, according to the present invention, comprises: a base detachably worn around the head of a person to be tested; a sleep data measurement unit arranged on the base to detect a sleep state of the person to be tested; and a data storage unit for storing sleep data collected by the sleep data measurement unit.</p> |
