<p>The present invention relates to a lane separator and a traffic management system using a lane separator. The purposes of the present invention are to easily and flexibly respond to external impact, produce and install the post economically, and prevent consecutive accidents by enabling a driver to efficiently recognize a traffic accident. To achieve this, according to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a lane separator which includes a post having at least one impact sensor equipped in the post, a reflective sheet and a traffic safety sign attached to the outer surface of the post, and a first connection bar protruding downwards from the post at the lower part of the post; a base having a second connection bar of which the lower part is designed to fix on the ground and which protrudes upwards from the base; and an elastic member coupled and fixed between the post and the base. One end of the elastic member is inserted into the first connection bar, and the other end of the elastic member is inserted into the second connection bar to have a mutual tension force.</p> |
