<p>The present invention relates to a method to install a centric sheet in the inner circumference of a grooving type butterfly valve comprising: a valve body manufacturing step of manufacturing a valve body, which composes a connecting part having a sheet installing groove in the center of the inner circumference, and formed as a stem combining hole is penetrated through the sheet installing groove in the outer circumference, by a mold; a lower molding frame mounting step of inserting a lower molding frame into the inner circumference of the lower side of the valve body; a stem mounting step of inserting and fixing the stem into the stem combining hole of the valve body; a molding rubber installing step of inserting molding rubber into the space between the lower molding frame and the inner circumference of the valve body; an upper molding frame mounting step of inserting an upper molding frame into the inner circumference of the upper side of the valve body; and a sheet molding step of molding a sheet in the sheet installing groove formed in the center of the valve body by heating and pressing the lower molding frame and the upper molding frame through lowering operation of an upper part heating body which composes a press molding device after the valve body having the lower molding frame, the upper molding frame, and the stem is arranged in the press molding device. A fitting projection having a fitting hole corresponding to the stem combining hole of the valve body is included in the upper part of the lower molding frame, and a mounding groove part formed to correspond to the fitting projection, and attached to the fitting projection is included in the lower part of the upper molding frame. Moreover, the stem mounted in the stem mounting step is installed to pass the stem combining hole and the fitting hole.</p> |
