<p>Provided in the present invention is an adjuster to prevent an idle blow, capable of performing a three-staged adjustment. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the adjuster to prevent an idle blow which adjusts a maximum blowing power using a first stage, prevents an idle blow using a third stage, and adjusts the number of blows by forming a second stage in between the first and the third stages. The adjuster to prevent an idle blow comprises: a body where an operating hole is formed by penetrating in a longitudinal direction and is fastened to a cylinder of a breaker, where a first flow path and a second flow path are formed on a fixed interval in a longitudinal direction on the outer circumferential surface in order to communicate with the operating hole; a rod where a screw unit is formed on one side thereof in order to be fastened inside the operating hole, where a connecting flow path is formed on a part in a longitudinal direction on the other side thereof where a connecting hole is formed on the outer circumferential surface in order to communicate with the connecting flow path; and a fixating nut fastened to the screw unit which protrudes outward from the body in order to fixate the length of the rod. The rod is formed to adjust in three stages while moving in the longitudinal direction inside the body. In the first stage, one end of the rod blocks a flow path formed in the cylinder in order to block the entire flow of an operating fluid. In the second stage, one end of the rod communicates the first flow path with the above flow path while moving in the longitudinal direction. In the third stage, one end of the rod communicates the above flow path with the second flow path while moving in the longitudinal direction.</p> |
