PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle which can suppress a decrease in fuel consumption performance and accelerate the vehicle further more by following a driver's aggressive intention.SOLUTION: A control device of a vehicle has a setting of a normal or sport mode. In the device, in regard to accelerator openings, the target acceleration characteristics in both of the modes are set so that target acceleration gets higher as a vehicle speed gets lower in both of the modes, and so that a difference in the target acceleration of both of the modes gets larger as the vehicle speed gets lower. In addition, as the sport mode, in regard to the accelerator openings, the target acceleration characteristics are set which has a first sport mode of changing target acceleration on a vehicle speed zero side while fixing a vehicle speed of a target acceleration zero to a vehicle speed of the target acceleration zero in the normal mode, and a second sport mode of changing the vehicle speed of the target acceleration zero while fixing a difference in the target acceleration on the vehicle speed zero side from the target acceleration in the normal mode. |
