PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety management product containing photoluminescent phosphor particles.SOLUTION: A safety management product contains particles of a spherical shape with volume average particle size of 0.1μm to 10μm, with at least its 70 volume percentage containing particles less than twice as large as the average particle size. This can provide various products aimed at safety management. Since particle size of the particles is small and particle size distribution is narrow, size and complexity of obtained features are controlled easily.
