<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector and a dust collecting drilling apparatus which can securely suck powder dust produced by drilling, and can achieve smooth and stable drilling work as a result.SOLUTION: The dust collector includes: a dust collection cover 1 that includes an insertion port 12 into which a drilling tool 100 is inserted and a suction port 13 for sucking powder dust and that is arranged so as to cover a drilled part; a suction machine 2 that carries out a vacuum suction of powder dust; a suction tube 3 connected to the suction port 13 and the suction machine 2; and compressed-air jetting means that jets compressed air to the side of the suction machine 2 in the suction tube 3 under a depressurized atmosphere generated by the suction machine 2 to generate a local low pressure space lower in pressure than the depressurized atmosphere. It is preferred that the compressed-air jet means is constituted of, for example, an air compressor 41 and a jet nozzle 43 which is provided in a tubing material 44 being a part of the suction tube 3 and jets compressed air supplied from the air compressor 41, into the tubing material 44.</p> |
