<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control device which can reduce loss of the pressure applied externally to a fluid, in causing a fluid made to flow into a guide space to flow out into a mixing space arranged in the direction perpendicular to the flow-in direction.SOLUTION: A fluid control device consists of a base body 104 including a single mixing space 101, a plurality of guide spaces 102 having a trench structure and a plurality of introduction spaces 103. In the view from the mixing space 101, one-opening's 102a of the guide spaces are arranged alternately and communicate with the mixing space 101, and the one-opening's 102a of the adjacent guide spaces are separated from each other and arranged in parallel at specified intervals. The-other-opening's 102b corresponding to the one-opening's 102a and being adjacent to each other communicate each with different introduction spaces 103. In the view from the introduction space 103, the cross section of the guide space 102 is provided with a level difference S1 on the side of the mixing space 101 so as to be constant or be narrowed.</p> |
