PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correction device capable of increasing relative positional accuracy among lenses.SOLUTION: An image blur correction device 500 includes: a first lens; a movable frame 510 movable on a plane perpendicular to an optical axis; and a fixed frame 530 which has a second lens and which directly or indirectly holds the movable frame 510. The movable frame 510 has a projection 519 extending in an optical axis direction. The fixed frame 530 has a hole 532 into which the projection 519 is inserted. With the projection 519 inserted into the hole 532, the movement of the movable frame 510 is limited within a predetermined range.
