1. A toothbrush having a replaceable toothpaste cartridge and interchangeable brush heads comprising:
a shank having a head, a stem and a conduit running from a proximal end of the shank to the head; a handle having a base and a hollow interior chamber capable of retaining a replaceable toothpaste cartridge, the toothpaste cartridge having a nozzle having an integral one-way valve; wherein the base of the handle engages the toothpaste cartridge such that when the base is twisted toothpaste extrudes out of the one-way valve of the nozzle.
