摘要 <p>Provided are a novel sensor for target analysis and a target analysis method using same. The sensor for target analysis is characterized by: comprising a single-strand nucleic acid molecule; the single-strand nucleic acid molecule comprising a first catalyst nucleic acid area (D1), a second catalyst nucleic acid area (D2), and a bonding nucleic acid area (Ap) that bonds to a target; one terminal side of the bonding nucleic acid area (Ap) comprising the first catalyst nucleic acid area (D1); the other terminal side of the bonding nucleic acid area (Ap) comprising the second catalyst nucleic acid area (D2); the catalyst function of the first catalyst nucleic acid area (D1) and the second catalyst nucleic acid area (D2) being blocked when the target is not present; and by the catalyst function being activated by the first catalyst nucleic acid area (D1) and the second catalyst nucleic acid area (D2) forming a G-quartet when the target is present and the target comes into contact with the bonding nucleic acid area (Ap).</p>
