<p>A vector containing the codon-optimized DNA cassette for producing secretory recombinant dodecamer TRAIL(TNF(tumor necrosis factor) related apoptosis inducing ligand) is provided to improve the cancer cell apoptosis-inducing effect, thereby effectively treating cancer. The DNA cassette for producing secretory recombinant dodecamer TRAIL comprises the nucleic acid sequences including (i) the nucleic acid sequence encoding the secretion signal sequence, (ii) the nucleic acid sequence encoding dodecamer-forming domain, and (iii) the nucleic acid sequence encoding TRAIL, and is codon-optimized to express the nucleic acid sequences in the high level within the cell.</p> |
