PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide notification of an error caused in a domestic device to the whole family, and to provide an appropriate solution to a user who solves the error of which notification is provided.SOLUTION: A method of an information notification apparatus comprises: writing an error message for providing notification of an error in a domestic device on a family SNS; and transmitting a solution to a user who requests the solution of the error according to an attribute of the user.
