PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which enhances performance effect.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 includes: a device body 13 where multiple light emitting elements 27 are disposed; and a shade 15 which is attached to the device body 13 covering the multiple light emitting elements 27. The shade 15 includes a light diffusion region 36 which transmits light and also includes a transparent region 37 at a part of the light diffusion region 36. An optical member 40 faces the transparent region 37.
