<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in detection accuracy.SOLUTION: A first recess 13 is formed in a part facing a sensor part 40 on one surface 11a of a mounted member 10. A joint member 60, which is used to be placed in the first recess 13, has an adhesive 60a having a smaller elastic modulus than the mounted member 10. With this configuration, a thermal stress of the mounted member 10 can be relaxed and released by the first recess 13, and the thermal stress can be prevented from being applied to the sensor part 40.</p> |
