<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable solid preparation in which a generation of related substances, in particular the generation of related substances derived from hydrochlorothiazide is suppressed, in solid preparations comprising losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide.SOLUTION: Provided is a solid preparation containing losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide without substantially contacting with each other. Preferably at least one of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide is contained in the form of granules. A particularly preferable form of the invention is a tablet comprising a losartan potassium grain and a hydrochlorothiazide grain, and other parts consisting of only inactive ingredients.</p> |
