<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean energy generating method and a small-sized high performance apparatus of which low cost production can be carried out and that can output high energy in a continuous and stable manner.SOLUTION: There is provided an energy conversion device 12 having an airtight power cycle 15 and a heat pump HP. Refrigerant vapor generated by the heat pump from low temperature low pressure refrigerant is compressed by a refrigerant compressor P2 to generate high temperature high pressure refrigerant, thereafter the refrigerant is expanded and evaporated to generate cold heat, the heat of the high temperature high pressure refrigerant is transmitted to low temperature low pressure working fluid of the airtight power cycle, the low temperature low pressure working fluid is compressed by a fluid compressor P1 to generate high temperature and high pressure working fluid, an electrical power of a power storage unit 20 is supplied to a pulse power source 28 to generate a pulse power, an electric power force gas generator 42 is heated up to a prescribed temperature, the high temperature high pressure working fluid is contacted with the electric power force gas generator to generate high temperature high pressure power force gas, a movable piston 200 is operated by the high temperature high pressure power force gas to generate mechanical energy.</p> |
