PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage output device and a voltage output unit capable of variously stimulating a human body with an electric current.SOLUTION: A box-like voltage output device 100 comprises a voltage output unit for outputting a pulse of a voltage of a preset value and plural electrodes, and outputs a voltage from the voltage output unit to one electrode out of the plural electrodes so that the other electrodes are lower in potential than the one electrode. The voltage output device 100 has a plane surface in an outer surface and N electrodes (N is an integer of 3 or larger) are arranged in parallel on the plane surface.
