A mask plate and a liquid crystal panel which are used in the technical field of semiconductor manufacturing. The mask plate comprises a plate body (1); a hole is provided in said plate body (1), and a plurality of protrusions (2) are formed extending from the edge of the hole towards the inside of the hole. The liquid crystal panel comprises a via hole, the via hole being formed by the mask plate. The mask plate is suitable for the preparation of via holes, and is designed to allow smaller dimensions for via holes without having to upgrade hardware equipment. |
