摘要 An on-off valve and a bypass pipe which bypasses the on-off valve are connected to an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe of a humidity control circuit. A pressure-reducing valve is connected to the bypass pipe. Before switching a four-way valve, a degree of opening of the pressure-reducing valve is reduced to reduce a pressure difference between high and low pressure in the humidity control circuit. After that, the on-off valve is closed for pressure equalization between the high and low pressure in the humidity control circuit.
