PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air-conditioning equipment capable of shortening cloth drying time with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: Air-conditioning equipment 100 performs dehumidification operation and cloth drying operation using evaporative latent heat of a cooling medium in an evaporator 64. The dehumidification operation and the cloth drying operation can be switched through an operation switching button 203. A control section 90 sets an air volume passing through the evaporator 64 when performing cloth drying operation larger than when performing the dehumidification operation. The air-conditioning equipment 100 reduces dehumidification performance when performing the cloth drying operation compared to when performing the dehumidification operation but improves performance to keep humid air from stagnating between clothes hung in a room by increasing the air volume and thereby shortening cloth drying time.
