<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device having a configuration and a structure capable of improving characteristics of an organic semiconductor material layer while preventing the deterioration of characteristics of the organic semiconductor material layer due to patterning.SOLUTION: The electronic device includes: a first electrode 26 and a second electrode 27; a patterned organic semiconductor material layer 23; and a conductivity altered region 30 which extends from the organic semiconductor material layer 23 and is patterned, where the organic semiconductor material constituting the organic semiconductor material layer 23 is altered. In at least a part of any path connecting the first electrode 26 and the second electrode 27, the altered region 30 is not included.</p> |
