The present invention relates to an electronic payment system, and a remote or near-field electronic payment method. The system comprises a remote payment sub-system and a near-field payment sub-system, and both sub-systems comprise a charge payment card, a charge payment terminal, a charge collection card, and a charge collection terminal. The remote payment sub-system further comprises a charge payment server and a charge collection server. In the remote payment method, remote charge payment is executed by using a bound remote charge payment account, charge payment terminal, charge payment card, and charge payment password, remote charge collection is executed by using a bound remote charge collection account, charge collection terminal, and charge collection card, and the charge payment server receives a paid amount and the charge payment password by using the charge payment terminal. In the near-field payment method, near-field charge payment is executed by using a bound near-field charge payment account, charge payment terminal, and charge payment card, and near-field charge collection is executed by using a bound near-field charge collection account, charge collection terminal, and charge collection card, charge payment information of the charge payment terminal and charge payment information of the charge payment card being mutually backed up, and charge collection information of the charge collection terminal and charge collection information of the charge collection card being mutually backed up. |
