<p>Disclosed are a system and a method for providing user customized information, which provides amount of information by processing the amount of information according to the request of a user, and provides information preferred by the user by processing the preferred information. For this, the present invention relates to a user customized information providing system for providing information recommended according to emotion of the user and surrounding environment, which includes: a plurality of user terminals which generates emotional information through emotional figure measured using an emotional sensor, and generates surrounding environment information adjusted to the surrounding environment of the user; and an information recommendation server which calculates information accommodation quantity by grasping which level the generated emotional information corresponds to, by receiving the generated emotional information and then comparing a first emotional figure as to the corresponding user with a previously established second emotional figure, and filters randomly collected exposure information and mail information to be sent to the user terminals according to the amount of information, and provides the filtered information for the user terminal by making the filtered information correspond to the surrounding environment of the user established on the basis of the surrounding environment information provided from the user terminal.</p> |
