The present invention relates to a device for painting a tower pipe to paint the outer surface of the large-sized pipe such as a tower of a wind power generator. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device for painting a tower pipe to paint the outer surface of a pipe where a painting unit is rotated by a turning roller. The device includes a painting unit which is formed in the outside of a tower pipe and sprays paint to the outer surface of the tower pipe while it moves along the length direction of the tower pipe towards the moving line of a straight line, and a turning roller which supports both ends of the tower pipe to rotate the tower pipe from the length direction to an axis direction, and supports the tower pipe to make a main line facing the ground surface of the tower pipe parallel to the moving line where the painting unit moves in the length direction.
