<p>The present invention relates to a clothesline cover assembly for protecting clothes hanging on a clothesline. The cover assembly includes a cover for covering the clothesline and resiliently flexible supports for supporting the cover. In one embodiment, the cover includes a limp sheet defining a central aperture through which the supports can protrude. Typically, the supports cross at their centres and are dimensioned to extend diagonally over the clothesline so as to form an arc. In this manner, the cover assembly may be of a generally dome shape so that the pooling of rainwater on the cover is impeded.</p> |
