The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a crosstalk free film patterned retarder (FPR) using a laser transfer process. The method includes the steps of: forming the photo-alignment in a first direction by emitting light to a first alignment film formed on a substrate through a first polarizing plate; forming a black matrix on the first alignment film with the photo-alignment in the first direction through the laser transfer using a transfer mask with multiple open areas; and forming the photo-alignment in a second direction to form the left or right eye area by emitting light to the alignment film with the black matrix through the photo-alignment mask and the second polarizing plate.
