<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device which allows an electrostatic countermeasure to be taken without using any electrostatic countermeasure member. <P>SOLUTION: In order to protect a substrate inside of an input device from static electricity on the surface of a touch panel, a rib extending from an extention part of a casing to the rear part of the substrate through an opening provided on the substrate is arranged in the input device. With this rib, a creepage path from the surface of the touch panel to the substrate is made long enough to prevent electrostatic discharge from reaching the substrate from the surface of the touch panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
