<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control method and system capable of reducing power consumption in a standby time period of a wireless terminal as much as possible, and reducing the number of wireless link connections concentrated to a base station as much as possible, in a high congestion state of a wireless communication system, especially at a disaster. <P>SOLUTION: A session control device holds a confirmation time when call incoming should be confirmed, for each wireless terminal. A second wireless terminal connects a wireless link to a second base station, and transmits to the session control device a session establishment request destined for a first wireless terminal. The session control device replies to the second wireless terminal a session establishment response including the confirmation time of the first wireless terminal. The second wireless terminal then sets the wireless link to a disconnection state or a dormant state. Thereafter, when the confirmation time of the first wireless terminal comes, the first wireless terminal connects the wireless link to a first base station, and the second wireless terminal connects the wireless link to the second base station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
