<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin mold type capacitor which can form a resin member while supporting a capacitor element stably even when the resin member of thermoplastic resin is formed as the capacitor element and a bus bar are set in a metal mold so as to be advantageous in cost. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing a resin mold type capacitor comprises a first step of setting a capacitor element 20 and a bus bar 30 in a metal mold 50 so as to be located in a cavity 51 excluding a terminal part 31 of the bus bar 30 and supporting the part located in the cavity 51 of the capacitor element 20 and the bus bar 30 by a slide member 52 of a metal mold 50, a second step of injecting a thermoplastic resin R in the cavity 51 so as to fill the part excluding the part in which the slide member 52 of the cavity 51 is located with the resin R, and a third step of moving the slide member 52 outside the cavity 51 and filling the part in which the slide member 52 of the cavity 51 is located with the resin R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
