<p>An apparatus (1) and a method for wrapping a palletised load (2), having a base (21) and a top (22), the apparatus (1) comprises a platform (3) for supporting the palletised load (2), a wrapping head (4) for distributing the plastic film (5) to be wrapped around the side parts of the palletised load (2), means (7) for moving the wrapping head (4), a rotating presser device (6), equipped with a cover (61) that is rested with a suitable resting force on the top (22) of the load (2), and a control unit (10) that drives and controls variations of the angular position of the presser device (6) with respect to the angular position of the platform (3).</p> |
