The present invention relates to a door hinge apparatus integrated with a door checker which at the same time can carry out a function of a door hinge and a door checker; reduce material costs and decrease the number of assembly holes as the structure thereof is neat and simple; and improve the durability and stability of the operation. According to the present invention, the door hinge apparatus integrated with a door checker comprises: a hinge on a vehicle body assembled to the vehicle body; a hinge on a door assembled to the door; a hinge pin inserted into a contact part between the hinge on a vehicle body and the hinge on a door; a checker supporting member inserted to be installed in the hinge pin; a checker member of which one end is connected to the hinge on a vehicle body and the other end constituted as a free end formed with a plurality of checking grooves; and a checker pin arranged to face the checker member carry out a checker motion when inserted into the checking groove.
