<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an outdoor unit having a humidifying function, while preventing the deterioration of performance of heat exchange of the outdoor unit. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifying unit 60 is installed in an air blower chamber 41 in a casing 40. The humidifying unit 60 is disposed on a front surface of an outdoor heat exchanger 33 installed similarly in the sir blower chamber 41.
