<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an externally adjustable constant flow valve that enables a change in set fluid passing amount to be carried out from outside by a simple operation with pipes connected. <P>SOLUTION: A first connecting member 11 to which one piping 2 is connected and a second connecting member 12 to which the other piping 3 is connected are coupled with a coupling member 15, and when this is rotated to release the coupling, the tool engaging section 70 of an adjusting member 14 is exposed between the first connecting member and the second connecting member.
