PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a polyacetal resin capable of obtaining stable polymer quality, especially a melt flow index, a polymer hue and an appearance.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a polyacetal resin comprises: melting and mixing a polyacetal crude copolymer with an antioxidant and a thermostabilizer in a range of a temperature equal to or more than a melting point of the polyacetal crude copolymer and equal to or less than the melting point+100°C in a horizontal reactor; and placing a gear pump after a screw pump is placed, through the screw pump for extracting a molten resin to the outlet of the horizontal reactor when decomposing and devolatilizing a thermally unstable portion. |
