PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper enabled to enhance a fitness around the waist of a user by extending the entirety of an elastic member arranged around a waist opening part in a well balanced manner.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 10 comprises: a rear side waist stretchable sheet 85 having an elasticity in a product width direction and arranged in a rear side waist area; and a girth holding part extending along a product width direction for holding the disposable diaper on the body of a wearer. The disposable diaper includes a first region R11 having a rear side waist stretchable sheet arranged, and a second region R2 having not a rear side waist stretchable sheet arranged and having an elongation rate lower than that of the first region. The elongation rate of the product width direction in a side region R12 of the first region is lower than the elongation rate of the product width direction in the central region R11 of the first region. The first region and the second region are arranged in the whole area of the longitudinal direction of the product across the front end part of said girth holding part of the rear side girth region and the rear end part of the girth holding part of the rear side girth region. |
