PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve support rigidity of a transmission case to a differential case while improving assemblability of the differential case.SOLUTION: An inner race 41a of a second bearing member 41 is assembled to an outer peripheral face of a cylinder part 39, an outer race 41b of the second bearing member 41 is assembled to an inner peripheral face of a cylindrical part 49, a ring gear 19 and a drive gear 17 are engaged with each other in a state that a differential case 35 is slanted, and a boss part 47 and the cylinder part 39 are turned until they become substantially concentric with each other with an engagement position as a center. The inner race 41a is pressure-fit into the outer race 41b, while inserting the boss part 47 into the cylinder part 39. A one-side end of the differential case 35 in an axial direction is assembled to a differential case mechanism support part 29, and a reinforcing member 71 is internally fit to the inner peripheral face of the cylindrical part 39. |
