PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information monitoring system that prevents load increase on a measuring device even if information terminals desiring to obtain measurement data increase for one field facility, when an information terminal obtains measurement data at field facilities via center facilities.SOLUTION: An information monitoring system comprises: a measuring device 8 for measuring information at a filed facility 2; a reception process 23 executed on a computer 17 installed in center facilities 3 and capable of communicating with the measuring device 8 via a network 6; and a transmission process 26 executed on a computer 18 installed in the center facilities 3 and capable of communicating with an information terminal 4 via a network 7. The measuring device 8 transmits measurement data to the reception process 23 per prescribed interval. The transmission process 26 is started according to the information terminal 4 connected with the center facilities 3, and transmits the measurement data from the reception process 23 to the information terminal.
