PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit an excessive increase in pressure of a refrigerant.SOLUTION: A vehicular thermal management system includes: a compressor 23 for sucking and discharging a refrigerant; a heating medium heating heat exchanger 15 for heating a heating medium by exchanging heat between the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 23 and the heating medium that is different from air; and flowing means 50b, 60 for making cooling fluid for cooling the refrigerant flow when the compressor 23 is stopped. The vehicular thermal management system further includes: a refrigeration cycle unit 40 that comprises a plurality of apparatuses 14, 15, 23, 24 constituting a refrigeration cycle 22: and members 66, 67 that are disposed in a low-temperature region having a lower air temperature than that of a region where the refrigeration cycle unit 40 is arranged and have the refrigerant flowing therein. |
